The men’s singles final will be taking place on Sunday morning. World No. 1 Jannik Sinner will be taking on Alexander Zverev in the men’s singles final. Sinner is looking to continue his era of dominance, while Zverev will be looking to add a huge Grand Slam championship to his resume.
But while everyone will be watching the match on TV or live at Center Court, some fans will be using their spot in the crowd for other reasons: social media posting. Influencers attending major sporting events, especially ones like Wimbledon, The Masters, or the U.S. Open, is very much on the rise. And they are starting to annoy the genuine fans in the crowd.
Genuine tennis fans are starting to get fed up with this kind of behavior.

“I can’t believe my Ralph Lauren Louis Vuitton Ferrari F1 Monaco Dubai Condé Nast WME event is filled with tasteless nouveau rich people,” one fan joked.
“I’d genuinely love to know if birds realise how bad they look when doing this,” one fan added.

“Why don’t you have a day where you invite lifesavers & normal people that have done good stuff into the Royal Box? I promise that will go viral better than a gaggle of influencers who don’t actually watch the tennis. It would be a good thing to do as well,” one fan added.
“Far too much of it in life. People have become so self-absorbed and narcissistic,” another fan added.
“Elite sport is becoming no more than an IG opportunity for those able to pay eye-watering cost hospitality,” one fan added.
Others, meanwhile, are defending it.
“Oi its turned into the miserable olympics on here. Can’t sit in your seat on a train, can’t work on a train, can’t take pics at Wimbledon with a ticket you paid for. Hello?” one fan added.
