The ticket matched five winning numbers but not the mega number in the drawing Wednesday, Oct. 7, to win $41,839, the California State Lottery said.

The lucky ticket was sold at Town & Country Liquor at 111 N. Raymond Ave. in Fullerton.

What were winning numbers in Wednesday’s drawing?

The winning numbers in Wednesday’s SuperLottoPlus drawing were 19, 25, 27, 33 and 37, with a mega number of 9, according to the California State Lottery.

What is the SuperLotto Plus jackpot now?

Nobody won the jackpot on Wednesday.

The top prize rises to an estimated $62 million, with a cash value of about $25 million.

Nearly 125,000 other SuperLotto Plus tickets sold in California also won prizes ranging from $1 to $1,100, the lottery said.

The SuperLotto Plus jackpot was last won March 28, when a ticket purchased in Fremont won $10 million, The Sacramento Bee reported.

To score a jackpot in SuperLotto Plus, a player must match all five numbers and the mega number.

The odds of scoring the jackpot prize are one in 41,416,353.

SuperLotto Plus drawings take place Saturdays and Wednesdays after the draw entry closes at 7:45 p.m.

The next drawing is on Saturday, Oct. 10.

How do I claim my prize?

If you win, you can claim your prize of up to $599 at any participating lottery retailer, according to the California Lottery.

Prizes of $600 or higher can be collected at any California Lottery district office or by mail.

You have 180 days from the date of the winning drawing to claim your prize, lottery officials said.
