Joe & The Juice is coming to the Pavilions at 563 Pavilions Lane, according to a social media announcement the shopping plaza made on Sept. 21.
“Big news, Sacramento! Joe & The Juice is coming to Pavilions,” the plaza’s social media read. “Get ready to explore a world of delicious and healthy juices, sandwiches, and more!” The plaza did not give an opening date.
Joe & The Juice focuses on its fruit juice drinks such as its Green Mile juice, with kiwi, spinach, lemon, apple, and avocado. There is also the Go Away DOC with ginger, apple, olive oil and carrots, or the Pick Me Up with banana, apple, strawberries, and olive oil.
The menu also lists protein shakes, matcha, coffee and smoothies as well as acai bowls, sandwiches and breakfast bowls.

“Whether you’re grabbing a quick breakfast, stopping in for lunch or looking for a refreshing pick-me-up, Joe & The Juice makes it easy to enjoy delicious, better-for-you options throughout the day,” a post from the Pavilions website read.
Joe & The Juice was founded in 2002 in Copenhagen. According to its website, the franchise was influenced by popular cafes in Europe.

The Pavilions described itself as a “high-end” and “luxury” shopping center with “fine dining in an elegant and inviting setting,” according to its website. The shopping center opened in 1984 and is located between Howe Avenue, Fulton Avenue, and Fair Oaks Boulevard. It is anchored by Williams Sonoma and Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
