Matthew Stafford delivered an MVP-caliber performance, Davante Adams showed he’s still one of the best receivers in the NFL and Terrance Ferguson stepped up with Puka Nacua sidelined by a hip injury. The Rams piled up 481 total yards and looked like last year’s offense.
The defense was just as impressive, limiting the Giants’ offense to under 200 total yards. Aaron Donald showed flashes of his three-time Defensive Player of the Year form in his return from retirement, Byron Young set the tone and Trent McDuffie locked down Malik Nabers as the Giants completed just 43.8% of their passes.
