The settlement is in response to a class-action lawsuit accusing Apple of misleading consumers by claiming that some iPhones would come with Siri AI features they did not include, according to Verita.
Apple denies the allegations in the lawsuit and denies doing anything improper or unlawful, but has agreed to pay $250 million into a settlement fund.

Who is eligible for a payment?
Customers who purchased an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or any iPhone 16 model between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025,

You must be the original purchaser and live in the United States. The purchase must have been for personal or business use, not for resale.
How much will each person receive?
Each person who submits a valid claim will receive an estimated payment of $25, which may increase up to $95 or decrease depending on how many claims are filed.
How to apply for a payment?
All claims must be filed by Dec. 21. Individuals or businesses can file a claim online.

When will the settlement be approved?
A final hearing is scheduled for Feb. 24 to release the funds.
