A popular Sacramento-area matcha pop-up is getting a permanent storefront this summer.

Rang Coffeehouse said it will open at 7411 W Stockton Blvd. in the Valley Hi / North Laguna neighborhood, according to the business’s social media.
Rang did not respond to a request for comment from The Sacramento Bee seeking more details, and a formal date has not been announced yet.
“Sacramento, it’s official,” the business wrote on social media, “Rang Coffeehouse is opening this summer! Get ready for a larger menu, longer hours, and a much bigger space.”
Rang sells different flavors of matcha, from a standard matcha latte to other flavors such as guava matcha, a cookie butter matcha, a double strawberry matcha, an ube matcha and a pandan matcha which with tropical coconut and vanilla flavors. The coffee shop also sells coffee and hojicha, a nutty-roasted green tea.

Rang first opened in 2025 in Elk Grove, according to its social media. Its matcha is sourced straight from Kyoto, Japan.
The popular matcha hotspot operates out of the boba shop franchise called Rose Tea Lounge. Range currently serves as a pop-up across multiple Rose Tea Lounge locations in Northern California, including two in the Sacramento region. These are located at 4760 Natomas Blvd. in Natomas and another on 7411 W Stockton Blvd. in Elk Grove. Rang’s can also be found in Stockton, Fremont and San Jose.
Rang is served at Rose Tea Lounge in Elk Grove from Wednesdays to Sundays at 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. In the Rose Tea Lounge’s Natomas location Rang Coffee House operates its pop-up every day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
