The CHP said the person on a Yamaha motorcycle was heading south, and the crash occurred when the motorcycle crashed into the rear-end of a Toyota sedan heading in the same direction on I-5. The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital where they succumbed to their injuries from the crash.
