If you’re ready for a pumpkin spice latte, you won’t have to wait much longer.

Starbucks, Dunkin’ and Peet’s Coffee are bringing back their fall menus to California locations later this month, with seasonal favorites, new drinks and fall-inspired treats.

Here’s when you can get your first taste of fall:

When does Starbucks drop its fall menu in 2026?

Pumpkin spice season officially returns to Starbucks on Tuesday, Aug. 25, when the coffee chain launches its fall menu nationwide.

Along with the return of its Pumpkin Spice Latte, Starbucks said, the seasonal lineup will feature new drinks, returning favorites, limited-time food items and fall-themed merchandise.

What’s on the Starbucks menu for fall 2026?

In addition to the “iconic PSL,” Starbucks said, several seasonal favorites are returning, including the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, Pecan Oatmilk Cortado and Pecan Crunch Latte.

Starbucks is also introducing several new drinks this year, including the Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso and Pumpkin Cream Matcha.

Another new addition is the Chaider, a chai drink with cider-inspired flavors, cinnamon and sweet spices.

“This comforting beverage delivers cider-inspired flavors including cinnamon and sweet spice,” the coffee company said.

Starbucks is also adding more banana-inspired drinks to its menu.

“As banana flavors are popping up everywhere, Starbucks is expanding its banana-inspired lineup with two new beverages inspired by freshly baked banana bread,” the company said.

The new Banana Bread Latte and Banana Bread Chai combine banana, cinnamon and brown sugar flavors.

Unlike some of Starbucks’ seasonal offerings, the banana-inspired drinks will be available beyond the fall season.

What fall food options are coming to Starbucks?

The Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin is returning, while Starbucks is adding two new food items to its fall menu.

The Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket features toasted whole-wheat lavash filled with chicken, bacon and a creamy garlic-herb cheese spread.

Starbucks is also introducing a Hedgehog Cake Pop, made with vanilla cake and buttercream. It’s covered in chocolate icing and topped with chocolate sprinkles.

Both new food items will be available beginning Aug. 25.

When do pumpkin spice lattes return to Dunkin’ menu?

Pumpkin is returning to Dunkin’ on Wednesday, Aug. 19, the company announced on Instagram.

Dunkin’ has not yet announced all of this year’s fall offerings.

The chain typically brings back its signature Pumpkin Spice Latte, along with pumpkin-flavored doughnuts and other fall treats.

When does Peet’s Coffee launch its fall menu?

Peet’s Coffee will launch its fall menu on Wednesday, Aug. 19.

The company has not yet released its full seasonal lineup.

Seasonal beverages at Peet’s have included drinks such as a Caramel Apple Protein Smoothie, Sparkling Green Apple Energy drink, Pumpkin Latte, Pumpkin Chai and Protein Banana Cold Brew.

When does Dutch Bros. launch its fall menu?

Dutch Bros. typically introduces its seasonal fall drinks in late August.

However, the company had not announced an official launch date or released its full fall menu, as of Friday, Aug. 14.
