The win came July 30 with a hand of four aces and a joker, the casino said.
“Four years ago, thousands of people followed Sky River Casino’s surprise late-night opening announcement on social media and were eager to be the first guests to walk through our doors,” said Michael J. Facenda, president and general manager of Sky River Casino.
“The excitement from that day still resonates throughout the property. As we celebrate our fourth anniversary, we’re grateful to see another guest experience a big jackpot win and become part of the countless memorable moments that have made Sky River Casino a highly sought-after destination over the last four years” Facenda said.
The casino, which opened in 2022, spans 100,000 square feet with more than 2,500 slot machines and more than 80 table games. It has 18 restaurants and bars.

Owned by the Wilton Rancheria in partnership with Boyd Gaming Corporation, the casino is located at 1 Sky River Parkway in Elk Grove, about a 15-mile drive southeast from downtown Sacramento.
