Before they officially tied the knot in New York City this week, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift showed their true colors.

It was reported on Thursday that Kelce and Swift donated $26 million to 20 local and national charities, including Food Bank For NYC and City Harvest. They also made a donation to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, a book gifting program that sends “high-quality books to children no matter their family’s income.” Parton’s charity originated in 1995 and took less than a decade to mail over one million books.
“They get this book once a month in the mailbox with their little name on it, not in the care of daddy or mommy,” Parton previously told CBS. “It’s their little name on that book. So that’s special to them.”
As you’d imagine, Parton was grateful for Kelce and Swift’s $2 million donation.
“Taylor and Travis, it’s Dolly, and I was just told that you two were making a donation of $2 million to my Imagination Library,” Parton said in a video shared on Instagram. “I’m blown away and overjoyed with that gratitude.”

It’s been an expensive year for Kelce and Swift.
CNN was told that Kelce and Swift may have spent eight figures on their wedding ceremony at Madison Square Garden.
“One luxury wedding planner, who spoke on the condition of anonymity, citing the privacy expectations of her clientele, estimated a luxury wedding at the Garden could cost from $15 million to $20 million,” CNN’s Ramishah Maruf wrote.
Despite shelling out a ton of money for their wedding venue, Kelce and Swift still helped out over a dozen charities this year. If that’s not worthy of an applause, we’re not sure what is.
