The 3-1 Jaguars are hosting the 2-2 Eagles in London on Sunday morning. Kelce, who starred for the Eagles throughout the entirety of his NFL career, is part of the broadcast on NFL Network.
But should Kelce, who still has strong ties to the Eagles, be calling this game? He’s certainly not the only NFL announcer with ties to a team. Troy Aikman has called Cowboys games, Tom Brady has called Patriots games, Cris Collinsworth has called Bengals games, etc.
However, at the same time, Kelce just referred to the Eagels as “We” earlier this season.
“I can’t listen to Jason Kelce anymore I’m about to turn on the radio call with the game on I stg,” one fan wrote on X.
“ESPN just can’t resist doing rancid (expletive). Putting Jason Kelce on the call for this game is so off-putting. Don’t subject us to this on a London game,” one fan added.

But not everyone agrees.
Some NFL fans are arguing that Kelce sounds great in the booth and that he’s found a good partner in Kurt Warner.

“Jason Kelce is really good in the booth,” Sam Monson wrote on X.
“Jason Kelce may have found his calling with color commentating. Really enjoying him on this game!” one fan added.
“Again, Jason Kelce continues to kill it another week in a row. This combo with Kurt Warner & Dave Pasch is awesome.”
